Q: I can not complete buy the application, i have enough account in my itunes gift card, how is that possible and how to resolve it, thanks.

When i try to buy the coins and gold in diamond dash games, I can not purchase and they ask me to contact iTunes support to complete the pruchased. i have enough credit in my iTunes gift card, how to resolve this...thanks
