I bought an ipod touch two weeks ago and I am facing a problem with audio there is no voice at all only when I put the headset.

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 5.1.1

If this is brand new iPod touch purchased two weeks ago, and there is an Apple Store nearby, you should make an appointment at the Genius Bar and take it there. Otherwise, you can contact Apple through the link at the bottom right corner of this window.


If you have another set of headphones (any type with same connector), you should try it with your iPod touch.


You should also try restarting or resetting the iPod touch
