,after update and restore when i connect the iPhone to my computer,this massage came on my dispay

Resolution

To resolve this issue:

  1. Disconnect the iPhone from your computer.
  2. Quit iTunes.
  3. Turn off the iPhone.
  4. Restart iTunes.
  5. Reconnect the iPhone to your computer.

If those steps do not resolve the issue:

  1. Eject the SIM card from the iPhone, and then insert it again.
  2. Turn off the iPhone.
  3. Reconnect the iPhone to your computer.

It seems your iphone is carrier locked.


It must have been hacked before and when you updated it removed the hack and locked it back to the rightful carrier, as it should.


You would have to find the carrier to which it is locked and ask if they offer unlocking and if you qualify.
