It seems your iphone is carrier locked.
It must have been hacked before and when you updated it removed the hack and locked it back to the rightful carrier, as it should.
You would have to find the carrier to which it is locked and ask if they offer unlocking and if you qualify.

where this carrier.and where i get this replacement sim card.
i live in bangladesh. but may be it not have in my country ,,
