I have a loose headphone jack. Is there any way to fix that yourself? One ear bud works and the other one won't unless you wiggle the headphone pin and hold it in position.

One ear bud works, but the other ear bud will not work unless one wiggles the pin of the earphones and holds it in that same position. The classic iPod works fine when dock into a Bose, but I really like to use my iPod as a portable device and to have both ear buds working. I have tried at least a dozen different headphones/ear buds from relatives and friends and they also give the same results as only having one ear work. Can I fix the problem myself or do I need to send it into Apple to be repaired?
