Get more information about your computer. Go to the Apple in the upper left corner of any window, then "About This Mac", then "More Info..." Copy and paste the information here, but omit the serial number and Hardware UUID (if present).

You say you want to 'install OS X Lion now' but your sig (MAC OS X 10.7) suggests you are already using it on your MBP. What is your actual question?

Do you mean Mountain Lion (10.8)? That is not yet available (and don't be tempted by illegal downlods on the web which will likely stop working the day they release it officially).
