i had to restore my computer which removed itunes from my desktop,now when i download itunes it says its running on a older version turn ofcompatability off and it wont load==

😠 i am sooo angry been at my computer for hrs,i had to restore my computer to its older state because it kept crashing,which deleted itunes now when ive tried to download it again i cant access the store.....it keeps saying itunes is running on a older version and need to turn of compatabilty which i have and nothing is working.i have a brand new iphone 4 that i cant do anything with.someone please help.xxxx
