Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings
You must be connected to WiFi and when you get the prompt to either setup as new iphone, restore from itunes or restore from icloud you select Restore from iCloud.
HT4859 tells you that going through the setup process will give you the option to restore from iCloud, but it doesn't say how to get to the setup process.
HT1766 is the better article.
It is not asking me to restore? It is not a brand new phone just new to me, but when I did the set up it asked if i wanted to create an icloud account?
