My iPod crashes only one app all the time, but the others are fine

I play the game Junk Jack alot and now it suddenly starts to crash just about everytime i use it. Its very random when it dose and dosnt, the time I play it vares from 2 to 5 mins. I recently broke my screen and ever since then this has happened, and I am not sure if it is conincidence or if it did somthing to the iPod's insides. It would be great if you could simplify any posible anwsers, cause i'm not good with all the technical terms and such.
