I have been told that I can extract a portion of a podcast withing iTunes that creates an AAC file. I have tried doing that, and it appears to be doing something, but I can't figure out where it puts the file.
please help

Right click the newly created podcast and select 'Get Info', you will find location of the file under 'Where'.
That would be wonderful if I had any idea where the newly created podcast was located. Also, when I right click on a podcast and select info, I don't see "WHERE" anywhere.
I finally found the d... file under 'Playlists' 'Recently Added'
