My hard drive is not accessible by airport express as its format is ntfs. I dont want to change format and use airport extreme, any solutions?

My I Tb hard drive which has ntfs format is not accessible using airport extreme. I don't want to format it. Any solutions?

AirPort Express will not support a hard drive at all.

If you are connecting the drive to the USB port on the AirPort Extreme, it will need to be formatted as FAT32 or Mac OS Extended (Journaled).
