I bought a macbook pro13 inch with just English keyboard from U.S.A and now Iam in Saudi Arabia. I need to change the keyboard to Arabic and English keyboard. So can I change it in Saudi Arabia or U.A.E ? 😕

Just go to System Preferences>Language & Text and change the settings to Arabic...
You can also buy an Arabic keyboard skin here. And you can switch back to English at any time. Just reverse the process, reboot, and remove the skin.

If you really want to replace your hardware keyboard, you will have to directly contact stores that sell Apple products yourself. Nobody in these forums represents Apple or any store.
