If I uninstall Bonjour?
If I uninstall Bonjour from my HP computer, running Windows 7 and using IE, will I miss anything or be unable to do anything critical?

Are you using iTunes on the PC?
If so, Bonjour handles Home Sharing, the remote app, and syncing to Apple TVs. If you're doing any of that, it's best not to uninstall Bonjour.
