Q: I forgot My apple id security questions answers

the thing is Ive tried that many times and I dont the email linked to itunes is not active anymore so I dont know what to do.

i know!!!  to reset them you need to know the answers the only reason i am trying to reset them is because i dont know the answers!

i know i tried to buy something on the ipad 4 and i said i had to answer some security questions.... and i forgot them.. and know i just wasted 50.00 worth of itunes money!!

How was it wasted? iTunes doesn't just randomly subtract money from a credit. The content that you bought will be available for download when you solve your security issue.

Call Apple Care for your country and ask for assistance resetting the questions. And this time write the Qs & As down and keep them in a safe place.

So mad right now!!! It's even worse because in order to reset your security questions that you DON'T KNOW, you have to answer them!! Is Apple THAT stupid!!??? I mean I've typed in my password, verified who I am through 3 email addresses, given my birthday, and they STILL won't let me reset my questions! I'm thinking about doing that "homesharing" deal with myself and a new Apple account... Maybe then they'll take the hint.....

Call Apple Care for your country and ask for the Account Security Team, then request help resetting the questions.

Im having troubles with the actual changing of the questions. Because everytime I go to click on my apple id it just brings me to the password and security and doesnt even let me do anything else it always keeps on asking for my stupid questions when I dont know the answer to. APPLE HOW ABOUT YOU MAKE SOMETHING THAT ACTUALLY WORKS AND ISNT BROKEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BTW, why is something Apple's fault when you can't remember the answers to questions that you made up. Apple isn't broken, you are.

Sorry I didnt read the reply for your first or second answer do you know the number for apple care because I cant buy this song unless the question are answered and I initially answered them 3-4 years ago.
