Dec 31, 2013 6:08 AM in response to lolwut123by Reneesh ,Guys, Tryin different steps will not resolve this issue but while u reset the Secuirty Question u would come across my challenges so the BEST SOLUTION WILL BE CoNTACT APPLE SUPPORT LINE AND THEY WILL HELP U TO RESET THE SECURITY QUESTION IN 5 MINS, COZ THEY HAVE DIFFERENT TOOL TO BYPASS THE OLD SECUIRTY QUESTION. SO DONT WASTE TIME IN SEARCHIIN FOR THE ARTICLE......HAPPY NEW YEAR IN ADVANCE

Jan 12, 2014 7:53 AM in response to karlfaiby zuolu,forget it. you're toast. if you don't know the security Qs and want to reset them, you have no options. i intend to find out what apple is doing with all the unclaimed itunes CASH that they are unable to allow people to retrieve; surely it is being returned to their credit cards?????? Apple???? Are you listening?? THEIVES. Don't put this on the EU. You are in possession of money that belongs to your customers. There appear to be a lot of us. Late fees? Interest rates? What is appropriate? I was not provided with documentation stating I would forfeit all money in my iTunes account if I forgot my security questions; something just doesn't seem legal here.

I suggest you write your own question and send it to this forum (Using Mac App Store). Before you do, fill out your profile with the device details, OS or iOS system each uses and the version. That way people can tailor an answer to your needs. Tagging on to long threads like this is often a waste of everyone's time (though not always )
