Dec 28, 2012 2:00 PM in response to lolwut123by TheRealSlimShady,Oh my god! They need to let us reset the freaking security questions! I just tried to buy a ringtone on my iPad and it said it was my 'first purchase on this device'( which it's NOT ) and then I had to respond to security questions. I had made them TWO YEARS AGO now, and I don't remember any-freaking-thing. So now I can't buy any new ringtones or anything. Thanks a lot, Apple. -__________-

Jan 1, 2013 12:58 PM in response to miljamin27by LexiTaylore13,Although your way seems to be working with everyone else, I however can't put in credit card info because I'm only 14 and I don't have a credit card. And my mom is not willing to put in her credit card info; she doesn't feel comfortable doing so and nothing is gonna make her want to. I've tried everything and I've already had to wait for 8 hours and don't want to do it again. The questions it's asking me are what my first teacher was, what my first concert was, and occasionally where I was on January 1, 2000...
Umm... Yeah I absolutely know what my first concert was and who my first teacher was, but God knows how I spelled both three years ago when I got my iPod touch 4G... And I do remember what I put for where I was on that date. I know it was something like "I don't know" or "Idk" or "I dunno", etc. But how am I supposed to remember what I put three years ago?
Now I have my iPad that I got for Christmas, and when I go to make a purchase, it asks me those questions. To get my new music, I just simply used my iPod to get the songs and then transferred them to my iPad from iCloud. But now I want to get the full version of Minecraft on it, but since my iPod hasn't been updated in God knows how long, I can't purchase it from there. So trying to figure out how to change my security questions with no luck has just been horrible....
Any help? :/

Jan 3, 2013 8:10 AM in response to lolwut123by alexem319,I just went through this and got it resolved today. I sent the email last night and got a response today that had a link for me to put in my information. They called right away and the girl was patient and helpful. They tried my security answers again but they obviously weren't correct. She then asked me a third question which wasn't one of the two that I kept getting and failing to answer correctly. Apparently that was correct and then she walked me through on the apple site to reset my security questions. If my call to them would've be unsuccessful, I planned on trying the credit card trick that someome here suggested. I hope you all get it resolved because I know I'd be P.O.'d too if all my attempts to correct this failed.
