I would like to upgrade win7 32bit to 64bit using BootCamp

Need help to upgrade win7 32bit to 64bit on my MacBook Pro, I'm using BootCamp feature and i didn't find the way to do it without destroying my data (just upgrade) any help recommended, 10X

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

you can't. use Windows Easy Transfer. It requires a full clean install..
