TOC not working in "ePub Best Practices" template
When I export the "ePub Best Practices" template with my inserted text, the table of contents does not appear in the final ePub document.
What am I doing wrong?
PS- I found elswhere that the TOC appears in iBooks, but I want to convert my file to kindle. The kindle reader contains no TOC.
