iphone will not activate
i restord my phone but i can not activate it,the mesage dath iphone restor server is offline, i tried to activate it with itunes but it doesent work

Are you using the same carrier SIM card that initially came with the phone? In other words, do you know if your phone is carrier locked or factory unlocked?
