Memory DIMM?

I've been cleaning through some old Mac parts and came across a 168-pin DIMM. Now, I know it's memory but what I don't know is what it's memory for. It's an Apple DIMM and the part number is 820-0889-03 and has 1995 which I assume (Oooo, I hate doing that) was the year that it was made. I've had a Quadra, an 8500, and still have a 9600. It such a great workhorse, I really hate to get rid of it. Anyway, I tried searching Apple but no matches came up so if anyone out there knows what this is and what machine it fits, would you please let me know. i would really, really appreciate it.

8500, 9500, and G3 all use [different] 168-pin DIMMs. Also the 5400/6400, 5500/6500 and I think the 4400, 7200, 7300, and 7500.

If you really, really want to identify it, you can do so from the memory chips -- but it takes some work.

There is a web site in the Netherlands that used to have a lot of that information on it. If you wander off the beaten path, the rest of the site appears to be in German or Dutch.
