I have iWork's for my Mac and want to transfer it to my iPad
I can't transfer iworks from my Mac desktop to my iPad

The Mac applications will not work on the iPad. You have to purchase those apps in the iPad App Store for iOS.
The Mac OS and the iPad OS are totally different operating systems. You can't load MS Office made for Mac on a Windows machine and it's the same principle here.
