Track pad won't click, probably due to virus.

Okay so I have managed to get a virus/something's gone wrong.

I'm in a position where I have no way of clicking, this brings up a ridiculous problem I never thought I'd encounter whereby I can't even back up or fix the problem.

Ridiculous error if you ask me, there is an option to use universial access and turn on mouse keys but I can't click the stupid option.

So my question is.. How can I click/select items.

Can't find any shortcuts that will allow me to do this, plugging in mouse still doesn't work.

Ok, couple of keyboard shortcut to help.

You move focus to the right side of the menubar by pressing FN Control F8. Use the arrow keys to move left/right and the down arrow to expand options.

You can open various Preferences by Holding option and clicking one of the special function keys.

If you can navigate all control then click Control F7.

Track pad won't click, probably due to virus.
