iTunes won't burn playlist to CD

I have tried everything I can find via google and still iTunes will not burn my playlist. I either get error 4000 or 4450. I tried dropping the number of songs, reloaded the driver, etc. I'm running window's 7 and have the latest update. I have been able to burn in the past, so not sure what changed in my system. Any ideas or help is much appreciated!
