i can't buy garageband lessons

Trying to buy an artist lesson. You are supposed to be able to do this within Garageband itself, however, there is no reponse when I click on the "buy" button. Lessons do NOT seem to be available in the app store or iTunes either. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
