Contact Recovery

My iPhone3GS is under investigation( i have no access to it what so ever )........................ Im getting a new iPhone and need to get my contacts off the old iPhone3GS it is back up on my old laptop which broke( i have access to it though and its being fixed) SOMEONE ANYONE PLEASE HELP!!
