My iphone 4 is unable to send text messages. I keep getting the message: "your message was not sent. Tap "Try Again" to send the message. When I tap "Try Again" it still won't send. I can't send to anyone of my contacts. I haven't been trying to send pictures. Any ideas what's causing this problem?

This happens a lot when i am iMessaging but in your case it is over the network. Try going to 'Settings', Then switch "Airplane Mode' ON and then Turn off your phone. Turn your phone back on and Turn off Airplane mode and try sending the message again.

You could try going into Settings > General > Reset > and choose "Reset Network Settings". That might help.
