Nach einem Update ist Siri nicht mehr auffindbar - Siri disappeared after Update

After Updateng via i-tunes Siri was no more found on the Device - Anyone knows other possibilities than to set up as a new device?

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1.1

Settings - General - Switch Siri ON.

If not located, check:

Settings - General - Restrictions - Switch Siri ON.
