I updated iTunes yesterday to 10.6.3 and can no longer play any of my iTunes files - each ones says file not found. My iTunes library on an ext HD but this is still set as the library to use when I checked in the settings.

I had a similar problem and had to reinstall iTunes to get it fixed.
