Mac OS XRight - as sig says, your Apple ID is what you used to sign into this forum and it's 'universal' as far as Apple is concerned. You don't say, specifically, what your problem is, but if you can boot to the Lion Recovery partition (start up or restart and hold down the Command-R keys) you can reinstall Lion on your hard drive.
That way you can 'download (your) os lion' and install. If you want to erase your hard drive before you do the install, you can do that as well. Command-R.
Good luck,
Clinton
