Assuming you purchased Lion previously launch the App Store, click on Account in the box on the right side. You are prompted for your Apple ID and Password. You got to these forums with that same information so what is the issue?

Right - as sig says, your Apple ID is what you used to sign into this forum and it's 'universal' as far as Apple is concerned. You don't say, specifically, what your problem is, but if you can boot to the Lion Recovery partition (start up or restart and hold down the Command-R keys) you can reinstall Lion on your hard drive.

That way you can 'download (your) os lion' and install. If you want to erase your hard drive before you do the install, you can do that as well. Command-R.

    Good luck,
