Q: my iphone 3gs  home screen is very enlarged and can not use slider to go any further, please help

i have switch my iphone 3gs on and the screen is very enlarged and can not use slider bar and go any further on the phone, i have taken sim out and re inserted it and no change, can you help please

iPhone 3GS, iOS 5.1.1
