Maximum upgrade MacBook pro 13" mid 2010

Hello,

My MacBook Pro 13" mid 2010 is not really slow, but I think it can be faster. I've read that it's not very difficult to upgrade a MacBook pro by yourself. What is the maximum upgrade my Mac can handle? Can I upgrade the 4GB? Can I upgrade the MHz? I'm not really into this so maybe someone can give me some advise.

Thanks in advance!

Depends. More RAM won't necessarily make your computer "faster". More RAM only comes into play if you really need it. You can see for yourself by launching Activity Monitor & paying attention to Page Outs & Swap Used. Those will tell you if you need more RAM. IMO, running Lion, 8GB's will most likely show you an improvement. You can go here:

Either or are good choices for Mac RAM.
