I have an Apple ID but I can't use it on App Store or ITunes

I made an Apple ID but every time I try to sign in to App Store or ITunes it says that my Apple ID is not signed in to ITunes Store

I think you'll need to do some steps to complete the registration for iTunes. Better contact support for suggestions my friend.
