Hello, does anyone know why my iCloud page on the web only shows the apps that came with my iPad and does not show any of the apps i have bought please?

Maybe you need to be more specific, Winston answered your question. If you are looking to recover deleted apps you can re-download them through the iTunes App Store or using the App Store on your iPad.

Apple hide your apps down a level.
Go to settings -> iCloud -> storage -> manage storage then select your device. There you probably see all your bought apps that use data if you click on show all. Hope that helps.
Ps Don't forget you can also backup via iTunes and a PC so you don't need massive amounts of iCloud storage (unless you're worried about your PC getting stolen..)
