MacBook Pro video card upgrade

I have a macbook pro 8,2 with an AMD Radeon HD 6490M and Intel HD Graphics 3000 video cards, is it possible to upgrade this set-up without a new hard drive? I'm curious because I just started using Final Cut and playing Skyrim and would like to improve their performance.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

The GPU is an integral part of the mother board and cannot be changed. You can only improve it by buying another MBP with improved specifications.

Ciao.
