Report to police and change the psswords for all accouts used on the iPod. Apple will do nothing
If you already turned on FIndMyiPhone and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud, sign in and go to FindMyiPhone. However, if the iPod had been restored the find feature is deleted.
Call the cops, change your passwords, call your home owner's insurance agent to report the theft (Insurance MAY cover your loss...), buy a new iPod 'cause your's is long gone...
And FMP is worthless for locating an iPod. FMP uses wireless router locations, so if your router is not registered, or the location data was not properly reported, FMP will say your iPod is in BFE (Bum F#$% Egypt) or some such place.
Time to move on.....
