Hi Judie,

To apply borders to ALL cell borders for a Table:

  • Select the Table by clicking it's icon in the Sheets list.
  • Set the borders using the Stroke controls (Type, Thickness, Color well), omitting any use of the Border selection button.

To set both Inside and Outside borders for a selection of cells in a Table:

  • Select the cells
  • Open the Inspector and choose the Table inspector.
  • Click the Outside Borders button
  • Set the Type, Thickness and Colour
  • Click the Inside Borders button.
  • Set the Type, Thickness and Colour

(HInt: Use the Color well in the Border/Stroke section of the format bar if you want one of the 'standard' colours. The one in the Inspector opens to a different means of colour selection.

Regards,

Barry
