Are there any cellular data plans for i pad based on usage, as opposed to a fixed monthly payment? (I use wifi all the time and 4G only if I am traveling)
It would probably help if you said what country you're in (or plan to be in) as they are not the same from one country to another.

To my knowledge all that is available in the USA are monthly plans with use it or lose it.
I don't know of anything different, either.
