The Issue: Radio keeps rebuffering and/or freezes and then crashes.

The Issue: When listening to any radio station, it sounds rather like a music CD that keeps jumping then goes to rebuffering and eventually crashes. I have creating a new user account on my PC, used system-wide troubleshooting (checked for viruses, used misconfig to troubleshoot conflicts, verified 3^rd party software issues) and nothing has provided a resolution. When I go directly on-line, there is no problem. I conclude that therefore the conflict lies within the new versions of iTunes (10.6.3) and digital radio. Is there anyone who can help or confirm my conclusion? Asssitance gratefully appreciated. Thanks
