iTunes shows a duplicate entry (podcast) in the left menu. Podcast files are not duplicate, nor podcast folder in iTunes music.
Only sync one of them with my iPod
Any suggestions?

Yeh me too, any idea how to fix it?
I am having the same problem. It just started happening (I just noticed it). I event reverted to previous itunes using time machine and the issue was note corrected. Very strange.
