What is TV Elite? I can't find an app by that name in the USA app store.
Only software bought via the App Store is valid for use on your iPad.
It is a scam.
They offer over 1000 tv channels for viewing, you pay them and than cannot download the software or get it to work.
If you do get it to work, it's nothing but illegal torrents of tv content.
No sales occur outside the iTunes App Store, besides in-app purchases on your iOS device. Never buy something on someone's website and then expect to follow a link to Apple and get the app. It doesn't work that way. Unfortunately you've been had.
