Question about AAC

Is it possible to reconstruct a AAC-HE audio stream (v1 with Spectral Band Replication) into a AAC-LC audio stream without quality loss?

I would like to have an AAC-LC audio stream for greater compatibility.... but don't want to transcode if possible.
