i try to activat but ,,,now way .. i restore to latest version 3.1.3 ...also not activat ??!!!

u thing some body in the world ... can use a iphone ...........!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im user iphone from 2007 till now & i have iphone 4s... but i heare the AT&T or apple unlock all first generation of iphne ...

No. AT&T will unlock iPhones for current or former AT&T customers in good standing who have completed their contractual obligation or can provide proof of purchase from either AT&T or Apple for a no-commintment iPhone that is locked to AT&T.

If that doesn't describe you, then you're out of luck.
