Q: phone answers automatically with speakerphone

when someone calls me, and I answer it, it automatically goes to speakerphone - but it is not set for this - how do I change

iPhone 4S, iOS 5.1

Check Settings>General>Accessibility>Incoming Calls. Make sure it's set to "Default".
