What is fix for Outlook 2010?

TS1944 discussed action if data in iPAD contacts not showing up in Outlook 2003/2007 after synching. I have had a similar problem with Outlook 2010 where edits in iPAD Contacts did not show up in Outlook. I am using iCloud to sync. In one instance the edit in the iPAD Contact was deleted. How can I correct this problem?
