Voice dictation

Does ipad3 has any voice dictation i.e. can we write notes by speaking

Yes. Settings>General>Keyboard>Dictation>On. You must be connected to the Internet in order to use it. There will be a microphone icon next to the soacebar on the keyboard once enabled.

Yes - you can enable it via Settings > General > Keyboard > Dictation which should then give you a microphone key to the left of the spacebar (the key will only appear if the iPad is online)
