This is like going to the doctor and telling him "I hurt, please fix it".

Can you give us any additional information that might help us with your problem. Like, what backup problem.

after i click for update version to ios 5.1.1 , it show this' itunes cound not backup to the iphone 'william' because the backup was corrupt or not compatible with the iphone..can i ask what happen on this problem?
