Does anyone have a problem with "no sound" from these apps: Animal Sounds and Cute Animal Sounds HD

I purchased an App called Animal Sounds for my IPad but I can't hear any sounds from it. I also downloaded a free version of another similar similar app called Cute Animal Sounds HD and there are no sounds from it either. The sound function on my iPad works fine in all other circumst ances. What's wrong?

Related to this...it seems impossible to contact the developer of the first application, BlueWizard. Their web site is a Wordpress page with no contact details !

The other app is developed by iTech and they have promised to get back to me in an auto-response message. HELP!

Be sure to look on the side of your iPad and make sure that the mute switch isn't on. You will know if it is on if it has an orange dot on it. You don't want to see the orange dot. Now double tap your home button and swipe left to see the volume controls. Make sure that the volume control is all the way up. Now go to settings > General > Sounds and make sure that the Ringer and Alerts slider is all the way up. Now try the apps and see if they work. If not and your iPad's audio works on other apps such as Pandora then you need to contact the developers. Look on the BlueWizard author's page in the App Store and see if there are any contact details there. If not then you are out of luck.
