I have a mid 2010 15" MacBook pro and I want to upgrade the HDD. I was thinking about putting seagates 1tb Barracuda/ or WD Caviar Black 1tb HDD Into it however I'm not to sure if it will fit. Anybody ?

Which size? The standard 3.5" desktop drive will not fit. 2.5" drives fit in MBP (not retina).
You need a notebook sized 2.5" drive. Barracudas are the 3.5" drives. Momentus are the 2.5" drives. You will find them at OWC.
Any 1tb 7200rpm hard drives that will fit into my MacBook ?

There aren't any 1 TB drives at 7200 RPM. For that capacity your best choice is the Samsung Spinpoint 1 TB 5400 RPM.
No, there are currently no 7200RPM notebook drives that large. The largest 7200RPM drives now are 750GB, and there are several of those on the market.
Last question I've seen on YouTube of people placing WD and other 1tb hard drives into the MacBook, Apple stores even sell them if I'm correct.
Any 2.5" SATA notebook drive that is 12.5mm high or less will fit and work in your MBP. 2.5" drives that are described as "enterprise" drives will not.
I don't know if Apple sells 1tb internal drives but, in my opinion, OWC is your best bet. You can find videos on YouTube and OWC about how to replace the drive in your particular model.
Make sure that you buy an external back-up drive of at least 2 tb, too. Particularly if you're going to use Time Machine as your principle back-up scheme.
