Q: Apple Remote Desktop update 3.5.2

since Apple Remote Desktop update 3.5.2 when I access to a computer using two screens I get black screen or partial displays

    Since nobody replied, I made the experiment and can assert that 353 admin is just as flawed as 352 was.

    Apple, what incompetence!

    Hi GéraldTenenbaum,

     

    Unfortunately, one of my two screens died two months ago. Due to the shortage/disappearance of 4/3 19" matte screen, I decided to wait for the death of my second screen…

     

    However, I wondering if you ever try to use "Screen Sharing" (⌘K in the Finder, vnc://ip_or_hostname) instead of ARD for the visualization?? It might possible that the bug is not existing within Screen Sharing, and of course you can still use ARD for "advanced" functions (report, install, etc.).
