Q: Does automatic download sync all devices?

Does automatic download sync all devices the same , that is two different iPhones?

iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.3

    It won't sync the two devices, but if you buy an app, ibook or music on one device then it should be automatically downloaded on any other device where you have automatic downloads turned 'on' (as long as it's compatible e.g. iOS version for apps). If won't keep the content/settings of apps in-sync between the two devices.
