Can I use my iPad to view my pictures on an imac

Can I use my iPad to access the hard disc on my iMac and view pictures ? And possibly delete pictures and put them into new folders

Well, the literal answer is yes. You can run VNC on the iPad to view and control the screen of a Mac on the network (search for VNC apps on the store - some are free) and can do pretty much anything you like (don't try to play games or watch videos that way, though).


Where are your photos on the Mac now? Are they just in folders, or do you use iPhoto? If they're just in folders, you probably need a better system! 🙂 If you use iPhoto, you can very easily sync photos with the iPad, either using a cable, or over wifi. You can also use iCloud to automatically keep your last month of photos in sync.
